How your enquiry is handled
International listings on Homes.com are supplied through the Global Property Alliance, a network of property portals. When you contact an agent about one of them, your enquiry passes through us.
What we receive
Your name, email address and message, plus your phone number, country and the topics you ticked if you gave them. We also note which property you asked about and which site you were on.
Who we send it to
The agent listing the property, by email, with a copy to the portal the property is listed on. They are usually in another country, and what they do with your details is governed by their own privacy law and policy.
What we keep
A record of the enquiry and of the email we sent, so that an enquiry that went missing can be traced. To stop automated spam we also keep a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself.
We do not create an account for you, and there is nothing to sign up to.
Everything else on this site is covered by Homes.com's privacy policy.
